After the success achieved with the First Prize in the renowned VIII Premio Internacional de Piano Frechilla-Zuloaga (Valladolid, Spain), and winning the XXVII Concurso para Jóvenes Pianistas Ciudad de Albacete, where she was also awarded for best Chopin?s performance and for Best Spanish Music Performance, Judith Jáuregui settles as one of the most important revelations of Spain?s musical world.

Her performances have brought her not only around Spain, but to different European cities in France, Austria, Germany and Belgium as well as New York in the United States. She has been invited to perform in concert series like Clásicos en Ruta from AIE, Cordón Cultural in Burgos, Ciclo Kontzertitz from Kutxa, Ciclo Presjovem, Festival Musika-Música in Bilbao, Festival Steinway in Hamburg? She also appeared as a soloist with the Landesjugendorchester Hessen (Germany), conducted by Carlos Spierer, and the Orquesta Sinfónica de Castilla y León, conducted by Alejandro Posada.

Born in 1985 in San Sebastián, Spain, Judith Jáuregui from an early age shows herself as gifted pianist of great talent, winning several contests, among them five international ones, and making her debut with an orchestra at only twelve years old. Later, she graduated with the highest scores and Honours, studying under the guidance of Professor Cristina Navajas, in the Conservatorio Superior de Música de San Sebastián.

She continued her studies at Conservatorio Superior de Música de Salamanca with Professor Claudio Martínez-Mehner, and at the Richard Strauss Konservatorrium in Munich, where she had the great opportunity to work with Professor Vadim Suchanov.
She enriched her knowledge with masterclasses given by internationally acclaimed and renowned artists, like Joaquín Achúcarro, Alexander Kandelaki, Jerome Lowenthal, Elisso Wirssaladze, Vitalij Margulis, Lazar Berman, and Philippe Entremont, among others.  

Judith Jáuregui currently lives in Madrid, where she prepares for upcoming engagements. These include a concert tour sponsored by Caja Duero Bank, recordings for Radio Nacional de España,  as well as her participation in Festival Internacional de Música Castell de Peralada, Quincena Musical de San Sebastián (Spain) and in the prestigious International Piano Festival of La Roque d?Antheron (France) - Summer of 2008.
