Vicente Martínez Alpuente

Artistic director and principal conductor of the Spanish Chamber Orchestra, Principal Conductor of the Philarmonic Orchestra to Andalucia and artistic director of Joven Orquesta Sinfonica Solidaria de Valencia was born in Valencia, Spain in 1976.

Begins music education as a flute player in Conservatory of ?Joaquín Rodrigo? in Valencia with prof. Joaquín Gericó Trilla, followed with masterclasses of flute in Spain and Italy with such maestros as Peter Lukas Graf,  Vicens Prats, Will Offermans,  Magdalena Martinity,  Enrique Sánchez, and Jaime Martin.

Since 2004 began studies of Orchestral Conducting in Valencia with Professor Cristóbal  Soler in the University of Valencia. Was admitted as active student at the ?Arts Academy di Roma? to broaden studies in a triennial master with Professor of  Orchestra at the Conservatory ?Santa Cecilia di Rome?, Maestro Bruno Aprea. Attended courses for ?Young Pianists and Orchestra Conductors? with Maestros Bruno Aprea and Joaquín Achucarro, organized by Eutherpe Foundation, in León, Spain and Symphonic Orchestra of Bari.

Further attended several courses of Orchestral Conducting with Maestro George Pehlivanian, artistic director of Slovenia Symphony Orchestra, International Masterclass for Orchestral Conducting celebrated in St. Petersburg (Russia) with the Vladimir Ponkin. Recently has been selected by the Young Orchestra National of Spain with a Scholarship  to take part as active pupil of the international master class of young conductors with the maestro George Pehlivanian.

Maestro Vicente Martinez Alpuente has conducted in places such as Palau de la Musica de Valencia, Belozerskikh Palace of St. Petersburg,  Auditorio de Torrent,  Auditorio de Castellón, Armenian Opera Theater, Auditorio de León, Auditorio de Sagunto, Teatro Victoria de Hellín, Teatro Principal de Valencia, Teatro Principal de Castellón, etc.

Under baton of Maesto Martinez Alpuente such orchestras like St. Petersburg Staate Academic Symphony Orchestra, Young Symphonic Solidarity Orchestra, Young Orchestra National of Spain, Philarmonic Orchestra to University of Valencia, Campot Chamber Orquesta, Ensemble Valencia XXI, Syphonic orchestra of MusiVoce etc. Were performed with great sucess.

Upcoming engagement of Maestro includes directing ¨la Traviata¨ in the Armenian National Theatre of Opera & Ballet, and the performance ?The drama of love in the opera? with extracts of Traviata, Boheme, Rigoletto and Otello  in Valencia (Spain), Philharmonic orchestra of Andalucia, as well as Novosibirsk Simphony Orchestra and the Krasnoyark Symphony Orchestras in Russia.
