The violinist, who reminds us of the young Anne-Sophie Mutter - not just for her looks - inspired the audience with her soulful playing and impressively underlined her standing as an "exceptional talent".

?Glance for deepness and large coherences: [...] Martina Trumpp masters the spectacular and converts it to the standard that others have to prove. [...] No violin girlie, but a talent of the century?.
(3rd of March2007, Fränkische Landeszeitung)
?Magical chant: With endless bows and silk soft feeling Martina Trumpp presents the second movement of the Mendelssohn Violin Concerto in e-minor. The tenderness and soulful beauty of the cantabile is made for this violinist, with elegance and touching gracefulness she interprets one of the most eminent works of the violin literature.? (Rhein-Main-Zeitung)
?Martina Trumpp and Barbara Anton-Kügler play it with èlan vital: with the same strained attention, the sense for details ? and for the big line.? (Nordbayerischer Kurier)
?Martina Trumpp played the two following movements of the Mendelssohn Violin Concerto in e-minor. The slow movement is glowing with tension. Martina Trumpp is one with her instrument, plays flexibly and with a colourful tone. Her virtuosity and compelling stage presence takes one`s breath in the final movement..?
?With energetic stroke she started her first solo and in a fresh dialogue with the orchestra she played the first movement Allegro. The young violinist played the solo cadenzas masterfully. After an intimate Adagio with Mozartian sighs a vivid Final-Rondo full of contrasts followed.?
?With the interpretation full of temperament of this breathtaking Concert Phantasy, a soloist, whose name every music lover should remember, wanted to say good-bye to her enthusiastic audience.? (Fränkische Landeszeitung)
?An ascending star on violin heaven?
?Burning passion... the wild, not tamed gipsy woman, this shining expressive Trumpp`s playing lives through the ups and downs of emotions. Languishing passions, powerful outbreaks of feelings, and then, vibrating riseup to crystal heights: a tone, so pure and fragile like an ice flower, full of beauty and cold... Finally, the climax among climaxes of this evening, Rhapsodie de Concert Tzigane by Maurice Ravel. Captivating as Trumpp lets the gipsy tell ? a captivating violin monologue, one cannot imagine this being played more eloquent and varied. The gipsies dance around the fire, the piano joins and it swings and swirls up to confusing speeds, fascinating.?
